Q: How much does it cost?

A: This is slightly a ‘how long is a piece of string’ scenario, but essentially home reports for properties with under 4 beds and coming to the market for under £500k will pay £390.00 for a detailed home report and those above will pay £480.00. For decluttering, partial and full staging those prices are always bespoke, depending on the market and what needs doing. Either way, staging sells properties and can help you achieve an ROI of up to 550%.

A: We hold an inventory of stock that is updated regularly and is appropriate for the market. We undertake research around the market, and this is what we do week in and week out so we can pull looks and plans together quickly and efficiently.
