Once we have carried out the necessary market research on your property, we’ll compile a detailed report of all the work that will need to be done to get the property ready. This will include everything from trades work, such as decorating, electrics and kitchen/bathroom refits, right through to the final staging of the property.

Some of the work we undertake while staging your home will include:

  • Recommending, instructing and managing tradespeople on your behalf
  • Recommending a suitable estate agent if you don’t already have one
  • Decluttering, packing and arranging storage for your items
  • Full or partial staging using your own possessions, as well as some additions from our own stock
  • Full staging of empty properties, both internally and externally
  • Arranging, managing and overseeing all photography and videography of your property
  • Recommending and arranging any removals and storage work

When working with us, we’ll rent our stock of staging material to you on a 4-week rolling basis, allowing ample time for a job well done.
