Megan Russell of Russell Realty EXP got in touch to see if we could help a family who had a property going through probate in Formby. These projects are ones we handle with real care, there are always emotions tied up in property but never more than when you are helping prepare the property of a loved one for sale.

Fortunately for us this Formby, seaside property was in great order, just empty and in need of setting up as the wonderful home it will not doubt be for someone. We staged the property paying particular attention to the generous open plan area to the rear of the property that looks out onto a stunning, incredibly private garden. This is a brilliant North West property and one we all fell in love with.
