Chirk Manor, North Wales

This stunning property in North Wales was brought to our attention via the agent, Tom Dainty from Halls GB . The property whilst stunning was somewhat sparse in furnishing so as it is a lived in home we came up with a bespoke approach that would work for the sale and the family living here. We fully staged the dining room, drawing room, living room and one bedroom with a view to leaving it all in situ for viewings.

Then, in order to create a cohesive feel for the media – photography and videography – we ‘finished’ the rest of the house. By this we mean that we added: soft furnishings, bedding, rugs, art work and pieces of furniture as required throughout. These were then removed after the media was completed so that the family could continue to enjoy their home.

This really is a stunning property with, money can’t buy, views and one we loved working on. The family were also a joy to liaise with and were completely on board with what we were doing. This North Wales home could be an incredible home, an amazing boutique hotel or wedding venue… the list goes on.
