Fairfield Cottage, Great Budworth

We staged another property in Great Budworth 18months ago which the owners of this stunning period home bought! So when they came to selling their now empty home they realised that they wanted it staged and gave us a call.

As ever we looked at the market and then the property which is beautiful in its own rights but is also made up of a lot of rooms all of which really needed an identified function. We assigned spaces their use be that gym, morning room, kids lair and many more and then we pulled together the dressing lists for an aspirational family looking for a home in the countryside that is easily commutable and off we went.

It was a full on two days getting it ready for photography and marketing via Stuart Rushton’s but we were delighted with he outcome and it is currently on the market for offers over £1.2m.
