Farndon

This property was a former show home, now empty and in need of staging before hitting the Cheshire market. Dream Space Staging was delighted to be invited to meet the owner and discuss the options for staging a lovely family home in thriving Farndon for the market.

Firstly we worked out the pitch perfect market, there is a great school moments away, a bustling high street, the glorious River Dee is about 3mins stroll from the house – it all added up to a busy family home that wants to be turnkey for its next owners. With its future inhabitants in mind we set about creating plans, loading boxes and hitting the road (all 7 miles of it) from our storage to the property.

On the day itself a team of 4 set about unloading the meticulously labelled boxes into one of Cheshire’s loveliest villages and we staged the property with a keen eye for detail – there is even a glass adorned with carrots in the prospective children’s bedroom. The house was staged that same day and I returned the next morning to check it over and make the final tweaks before the photographer arrived and it hit the portals.

This was a lovely property to work on and we know its new owners aren’t far away…
