The owners of this amazing property contacted us becuase they had gone to market with a partially furnished house and received no viewings. The clients had seen other properties that we had staged and wanted to know what we could do for them. They were using the kitchen, cinema room, office and main bedroom but nowhere else. So we brought in furniture and dressed the whole property including the stunning gardens. CW8 is an aspirational part of Cheshire and this property came to the market for £1.25million. It is a brilliantly built property and, as such, we were simply enhancing what was already here but showing how it could work for a family.

The result? A family who had looked at the pictures pre staging and dismissed it returned to view the property and are currently in the process of buying it. We are delighted to have been able to help get this one over the line.
