This seven-apartment development in Sale brought together a collection of one and two-bedroom homes, including a dedicated Airbnb. Having worked across the wider scheme, our role was to create a cohesive design language throughout while responding to the individual layout and requirements of each apartment.

Dream Space managed the complete Design, Source & Install process — developing the furniture, window treatment and styling specifications before overseeing procurement, supplier coordination and logistics. Each apartment presented its own considerations, including a distinctive hexagonal living space that required a particularly thoughtful approach to layout and furniture selection.

Our team then coordinated deliveries, assembly and installation before completing each space with artwork, accessories and final styling. The apartments were prepared not only for occupation, but also for photography and videography, ensuring they presented beautifully for market.

The result is a collection of warm, considered and fully furnished apartments that feel connected as one development while retaining their own character — with every stage managed by Dream Space, from initial design through to final installation.
